Description
A team of data scientists and journalists from Finland, Romania, Moldova, Czech Republic, Georgia, Ukraine and UK is aiming to identify Russian state actors in the complex landscape of online disinformation. They will gather advertising data in order to observe targeting strategies, narratives and the money flows behind.
